What a blessing to work with Matt and his team ! They went above and beyond what we were expecting. We were coming from out of state and not even sure if we wanted to land in TN when we first met. Matt's knowledge of the market, history, trends, etc. was amazing but it was connecting with him on a personal level that made the decision for us. Even though we did not end up buying in the Nashville area, we have and will continue to tell anyone we know that is looking in that area, what a gem Clausen Group is. And even though we have settled in another community, it will always be Matt who made us feel welcome in TN.
